Terms & Conditions
- Prices shown do not include shipping and handling charges.
- We do not accept returns for reasons of color deviation from computer display
view, comfortability, quality, thickness, size (measurement), and etc.
- Actual measurements may vary from published details, because of materials, workmanship,
and etc. Returns are not acceptable because of these reasons.
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by customer. Replacement shipping charges
are to be borne by Kachfashion.
- Price is not negotiable.
- Orders with pre-order merchandize usually ship within 7 to 10 working days from
the date of full payment (Malaysian delivery addresses).
- Orders with only ready-stock merchandize usually ship within 3 working days from
the date of full payment (Malaysian delivery addresses).
- Payments must be paid in full within 3 days of order, otherwise orders will be
cancelled without further notification.
- Customers are entitled for 50% refund if cancellation is made after payment.
- Customers are entitled for 100% refund on the goods that has been discontinued.
Other goods (if any) will be shipped accordingly. However the shipping and handling
fee will not be entitled for refund.
- In case of damaged merchandize, you MUST notify us within 3 days of receipt of
the merchanize, with full description and image of the damage, in order to qualify
for a possibility of an exchange or refund. If an exchange or refund is allowed,
the merchandize MUST arrive at our office within 7 days of our instruction, in order
to actually qualify for the exchange or refund.
