1. Prices shown do not include shipping and handling charges.
    
2. We do not accept returns for reasons of color deviation from computer display view, comfortability, quality, thickness, size (measurement), and etc.
    
3. Actual measurements may vary from published details, because of materials, workmanship, and etc. Returns are not acceptable because of these reasons.
    
4. Return shipping charges are to be borne by customer. Replacement shipping charges are to be borne by Kachfashion.
    
5. Price is not negotiable.
    
6. For pre-order merchandize, delivery date is usually 1 to 3 weeks from the date of full payment (Applicable to Malaysia only).
    
7. For ready-stock merchandize, delivery date is usually within 3 days from the date of full payment (Applicable to Malaysia only).
    
8. Payments must be paid in full within 3 days of order, otherwise orders will be cancelled without further notification.
    
9. Customers are entitled for 50% refund if cancellation is made after payment.
    
10. Customers are entitled for 100% refund on the goods that has been discontinued. Other goods (if any) will be shipped accordingly. However the shipping and handling fee will not be entitled for refund.
     
11. In case of damaged merchandize, you MUST notify us within 3 days of receipt of the merchanize, with full description and image of the damage, in order to qualify for a possibility of an exchange or refund. If an exchange or refund is allowed, the merchandize MUST arrive at our office within 7 days of our instruction, in order to actually qualify for the exchange or refund.

2. 由于电脑显示器不同，色调设置不同，所以不接受以颜色不喜欢，穿着不舒服，做工质量不好，没有图片中的漂亮，好透明，太大或者太小等理由退货/取消订单。
    
3. 衣服的实际尺码和尺码标表存在一定的偏差，由于面料厚度，裁剪，编制等缘故，无法避免会有尺寸的偏差。我们不接受衣服的尺寸与所标示尺寸相差而退换货。
    
4. 退货运输费用由客户承担。更换运输费用由 Kachfashion 承担。
    
5. 请不要议价。
    
6. 预购货品的发货期通常是在付款后的1至3个星期之内 (限于马来西亚）。
    
7. 现货的发货期通常是在付款后的3天之内 (限于马来西亚）。
    
8. 顾客下单后，在三天内请付100%的款项。如逾期汇款，订单将会被取消。
    
9. 请注意，付款后要取消订单，只退回50%款项。
    
10. 如顾客选的商品没货了，将会退还该商品100％的款额给该顾客。而其他商品则如期运出。手续费/运费则恕无退还。
     
11. 在商品损坏的情况下，你必须在收到该商品的3日内通知我们，充分说明该损坏并附上图证，以有资格获得一个交换或退款的可能性。如果交换或退款是允许的，该商品必须在我们的指示后，7天之内到达我们的办公室，才能真正符合交换或退款。
